PLUKKEFINKE
1 liter meat
½ liter meat juice
30 grams onion (one medium onion)
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp ginger
Use meaty beef bones. Cook until tender. Cool. Pull meat off
bones. Discard bones. Grind meat and put in pan. Add meat juice until
right thickness and cook. Taste for salt.
Some use liver and sweet meats. Not as good.

I used a few modern touches. I cooked the beef in a crock pot all
night. The butcher had some beef shanks that seemed to work out well. In
the morning I removed the bones and fat, chopped in a food processor using
a short burst so it was not too fine, added the remaining ingredients and
returned it to the crock pot all day. It should be very juicy. To serve
spoon on top lefse and roll up. Just like Grandma used to make! Enjoy.
Aber auch nur gegoogelt. Selber hab ich es einmal gegessen. Das Rezept dafür war mir aber auch so erstmal nicht bekannt.
