War auch einer meiner ersten Gedanken. Da fehlt dann leider eine Funktion, das Bild zu vergrößern.
Und beim Abgleich mit aktuellen Politikerinnen bin ich zu keiner Übereinstimmung gekommen.

die Vergrößerung des Bildes hat mich nicht weiter gebracht, also habe ich mal über den Ort gesucht.
Ist das evtl. auf dem Gelände der Froland Werke? Dann könnte die Büste von Magdalena Marie Classen (Smith) sein?

Du bist ganz nahe dran. Es ist nicht die Büste der Frau, die Du genannt hast.
AUF dem Gelände von Frolands Verk ist es nicht, wobei sich jetzt die Frage stellt, wie weit das Gelände reicht. Deswegen will ich die Antwort Frolands Verk gelten lassen und hier kommt die Auflösung der Person:

Der Park in Frolands Værk wurde am 11.Mai 2016 nach der Friedensnobelpreisträgerin Aung San Suu Kyi benannt. Wieso ausgerechnet hier in Frolands Værk in Aust-Agder konnte ich trotz langer Recherchen nicht klären. Macht aber nichts.

The handover ceremony of a park that was named after Nobel Laureate State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi will take place on Saturday in Froland, Norway, according to the global new light of Myanmar. Froland Mayor Ove Gundersen will officially hand over the park to the new park organizing committee. Froland Verk Park is situated in the centre of Froland and was chosen to be renamed to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi Park by officials including the mayor about two weeks ago. The International Caffe-Froland which is organising the establishment of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi Park in Norway said that the centuries-old park was chosen among three or four other possible locations. A statue of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and memorial stone plaques from Myanmar people in Denmark are set to be installed at the park, he added. According to sources, a wax statue of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is set to be unveiled on the occasion of the opening of the park on her birthday which falls on 19 June. Later, a bronze statue which will be similar to her Bronze Statue at the Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo will be installed at the park.

(Norway, 19th June 2016)

May I begin by wishing all of you present here today peace and joy.

You have given me much joy by naming this park after me. I thank most sincerely the citizens and the administrative council of Froland for such a signal honour.

But it is more than an honour, it is a gift of friendship, a symbol of solidarity between peoples separated by seas and frontiers but bound together by shared values, by a fundamental belief in the sanctity of our common humanity. I wish I could be with your now, to witness the planting of an oak tree which will stand for a thousand years as evidence of the warmth and kindness the people of Norway have extended not just to me, but to all those in Burma who are engaged in the challenging task of forging a modern, progressive, democratic Union.

A park is a place where people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the serenity that nature offers to us. It is a sanctuary where strangers meet in peace and amity as members of a community. I hope that is park, with its stalwart oak trees ( I understand that there is a plan to plant a new one each year) and the bronze statue created by Norwegian architect and artist Magnar Kjeldsom, will offer tranquility and hope, inspiration and encouragement, to all who come here. And I hope I shall be able to come here myself, one day.

In conclusion, let me thank once again the friends of Burma who have honoured me with this most wonderful of birthday gifts: a small piece of Norway, a large part of the hearts of Norwegians.
